Joint Clinical Coordinator Training Program (JCTP) is a comprehensive and systemic training program dedicated to enhance the clinical research skills of clinical research nurses (CRN) and clinical research coordinators (CRC) at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. This program is a joint collaboration between Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Sun Yat-sen University. It is an 8-month length on-job training courses including intensive classroom lectures and first-hand internship with real clinical research projects. The first batch of trainees was admitted on February 2015.
